Enrolling at our Preschool
Sefton Infants Preschool follows Department of Education policy and procedures for criteria in regards to priority of enrolment: Sefton Infants Preschool Enrolment Policy. Applications close on 31 August each year for preschool the following year.
How to apply for preschool enrolment:
* Visit the Sefton Infants School Office during school hours to collect an application form.
OR
* Download an application to enrol in preschool
We are also are accepting preschool applications by email. Once completed, a scanned copy can be emailed to seftoninf-p.school@det.nsw.edu.au, together with scanned copies of:
- birth certificate / passport (both sides)
- a recent bill / invoice noting either or both parents and the address
- update-to-date Medicare Immunisation Statement
- completed parent authorisation form
If applicable, additional documents required are:
- health care card for preschool applications (if held by parent)
- preschool session time slip
- out of area/waiting list form (see School Finder above to check whether you are in area for Sefton Infants School)
- if both parents are born overseas, a copy of citizenship papers / Australian passport (both sides) must be sent or a full copy of your Visa.
