Enrolling at our Preschool
Sefton Infants Preschool follows Department of Education policy and procedures for criteria in regards to priority of enrolment: Sefton Infants Preschool Enrolment Policy. Applications close on 31 August each year for preschool the following year.
How to apply for preschool enrolment:
* Visit the Sefton Infants School Office during school hours to collect an application form.
OR
* Download an application to enrol in preschool
Once the preschool application is completed, please attend the school office with the following additional documents:
- birth certificate / passport (originals only)
- for in area applications, 100 point check required for proof of residence
- for out of area applications, bill / invoice in one or both parents' name is required for proof of residence
- update-to-date Medicare Immunisation Statement
- completed parent authorisation form
- preschool session time slip
If applicable, additional documents required are:
- health care card (if held by parent)
- waiting list form (see School Finder above to check whether you are in area for Sefton Infants School)
- if both parents are born overseas, original citizenship papers / Australian passport must be produced or full Visa.
