Harmony Day is a special time to celebrate our diversity, as well as our similarities as we cooperate to live and work together in our communities. Sefton Infants School is proud to have a diverse school community where everyone belongs.
To celebrate Harmony Day, our students are invited to wear mufti clothes preferably in orange as this is the official colour of Harmony Day or traditional cultural clothes. During this special day, our students will be involved in a range of activities aimed at furthering our respect for our differences, along with an understanding of our common needs and wants. We will also be having a special Halal sausage sizzle lunch as part of the celebrations
WHEN: Thursday 24 March 2022
WHO: Preschool to Year 2 students
WHAT: Students wear mufti clothes (no school uniform), preferably in orange as this is the official colour of Harmony Day or the students may wear traditional cultural clothes. Please wear covered shoes.
